Returns, Refunds, and Missing Items

Returns and Refunds:

• Except for products marked as non-returnable, we accept returns for a refund of the purchase price within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the products are returned in their original condition.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@yogicbd.com.

• You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You can either purchase your own shipping label or request one from us for an additional fee.

• Please be aware that there is a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for all returns.

Missing Items:

• Upon receiving your order, please open it immediately to verify its contents. If you find any items missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@yogicbd.com.

• We cannot verify missing items beyond the third day of delivery, and replacements will not be sent after this period.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed approximately within seven (7) business days after we receive your returned merchandise.

• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase on our website.

• Please note that no refunds are offered on products designated as non-returnable.
